American Airbus A320 made emergency landing at higher speed after suffering flaps problem
An American Airlines Airbus A320 made an emergency landing shortly after departure at a higher than normal speed at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport due to flaps problem. The aircraft was operating American flight #AA578 from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The aircraft suffered a flaps problem on departure. After facing a flaps problem, the crew entered a hold to troubleshoot a flaps problem. The aircraft entered the hold at FL100 for about 30 minutes, then started to descend to Phoenix for a safe landing on runway 26. The crew than expected a normal landing back to Phoenix. However, the aircraft made the landing at a higher speed due to the problem with the flaps. American A320-200 with registration N651AW was operating the flight initially. Jet2 Boeing 737 rejected take off at Leeds due to burning odour in the cockpit 
A Jet2 Boeing 737 performed a rejected take off in Leeds after the crew reported a burning odour in the cockpit. The aircraft was accelerating for takeoff when the crew rejected takeoff at low speed. After that the aircraft slowed down slowly and it was taxied to the apron with emergency services in trail after an inspection by emergency services. The aircraft was performing flight LS-291 from Leeds Bradford Airport to Antalya. The aircraft was examined by the airport officials after the passengers were taken back to the terminal. After the investigations, the plane was withdrawn from the flight. Later, the Antalya flight was completed with another Boeing 737-800 aircraft after a delay of about 2 hours. The Jet2 Boeing 737-800, with registration G-JZHT was involved in the incident. The 3.7 years old Boeing 737-800 was assembled in Renton.
